Hello everyone, we are a few weeks after the battle of Saratoga, so a little sound and light to get in the mood ...
Hello everyone, we are a few weeks after the battle of Saratoga, so a little sound and light to get in the mood ...
But the British do not admit defeat after Saratoga, and progress quickly.
We have to stop them, because here they are already on the battlefield ...
"My general? Hum? Have a look please..." |
Our right wing after three rounds of British progression ... We hold ... for now! |
Mais derrière nos barricades on devine des visages anxieux...
But behind our barricades we can guess anxious faces ... |
Our staff sends all the reserves, no mistake possible, and for that ... |
... Nothing better than a flag on the heights to maintain the morale of the troops! |
Which does not prevent English and Scots from expelling us from the cornfields! |
In the center is the conflagration, fire exchanges are numerous and deadly ! |
About one hour left to play, the strategists refine their moves ... |
Merci à tous!
And a big thank you to Denis, these cornfields are amazing!

SupprimerWhat a nice report and the game looks even more nice.I also envy your gaming-club that is situated in the the best culinary country in Europe! :)
RépondreSupprimerI will not contradict you ... even if the raclette is not really part of the French heritage!
SupprimerAnother superb battle report. Thank you :)
RépondreSupprimerThanks for visiting, glad you enjoyed!
SupprimerI am happy to see the corn on the table. Any game set in North America can benefit from cornfields. Until Christophe showed my wife and I around Burgundy, I didn't realize how much corn is grown in France. We saw it growing in Brittany also. That must be corn pré-salé
RépondreSupprimerIndeed Dennis, you can be prous of them, they have definitively illuminated the battlefield! Thanks once again...
SupprimerI was only the delivery person. The cornfields are from Battlefield Terrain Concepts, located in the US state of Virginia.
SupprimerTHanks for the info!
SupprimerA great looking game, nice gaming room too.
RépondreSupprimerGlad you enjoyed both!
SupprimerMerci pour ce nouveau rapport !

SupprimerYour 15mm figures look as wonderful on the table as my 28mm! A compliment to your use of color.
RépondreSupprimerThat's very kind of you...and much appreciated!
SupprimerThis is one of your best :-)
RépondreSupprimerToo kind of you Stephen!
